Your private chef will curate a menu tailored to your preferences, using seasonal produce and fresh seafood sourced from local markets. Each meal is prepared with care and creativity, showcasing the rich flavors of the Caribbean.

As you enjoy your meal, the gentle sound of the waves and the salty sea breeze create a relaxed atmosphere, making each dining moment feel special. Whether it’s a casual lunch on the deck or a beautifully plated dinner under the stars, dining onboard becomes an unforgettable experience.

With a private chef, dietary preferences and special requests can be easily accommodated, ensuring that every guest enjoys a delightful meal. This personalized touch enhances your culinary experience and allows you to indulge in the freshest flavors the region has to offer.

Three meals are served at pre-arranged times: breakfast from 8–10 am, lunch from 12–2 pm, and dinner from 7–9 pm. Simple snacks are available between lunch and dinner.

The kite cruise includes moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages, such as local beers and local wines (white, rosé, red) during meals, along with a sunset drink.
